The CB CAO reporting and Analysis team provides various reporting/ forecasting/ analytics for the CB client onboarding Business Management The individual will need to support business and projects that execute monthly, quarterly, and/or ad hoc initiatives often providing results to senior management They will work with cross-disciplinary teams to successful execution of projects meeting defined timelines, budgets and business goals


Provide dedicated analytical & reporting support for global operations leaders, focusing on initiatives that will improve operational controls, efficiency, and the client experience

Develop a deep understanding of operations systems and processes in order to extract meaningful insights from existing data while identifying and recommending IT enhancements to improve data quality

Create Executive reporting for Senior stakeholders

Timely partner communication and attending business calls

Develop dashboards using available tools Tableau/Qlikview/sense by following best practices while creating proper process and metadata documentation

Multiple stakeholder management

Leverage different datasets and tools available to add value

Creates and prepares periodic and ad hoc reports

Explores alternative ways of meeting user requirements through improved programming leveraging innovative tools and techniques and using best practices

Creates analytical reports and presentations for senior management

Understand and analysis business problems

Active participation in large and complex projects

Provides analytical support and strategic thought partnership

Able to tell stories with the data, communicate effectively and instill confidence in recommendations to motivate stakeholders to take action

Skills Required

Communication excellent verbal and written communication Role requires lot of stakeholder interaction

Influence ability to influence stakeholders and be a thought partner

Ambiguity ability to navigate through the ambiguity in our space and help define and/or firm up processes/deliverables as needed

Data warehousing concepts with Reporting skills

Strong SQL skills , should be good with Power point presentations

Experienced with VBA coding

Good to have - Python / R Programming , Qlikview/sense dashboard development

BE / BTech / MCA with 6-8 years experience in reporting and stake holder management

Structured thinker with passion for analyzing Data results and digging deeper

Strong background in and/or familiar with financial industry

Ability and desire to learn quickly , be flexible and think strategically

Self-motivated , willingness to take ownership

Should be comfortable working in EMEA shifts
