Job Summary

Under the leadership of the Vice-President, Commercial Transformation your main responsibilities will be the following

What youll do

Define, Manage and align our software monetization blueprint to ensure EXFO is maximizing its software revenue and adapting his business models to fit with our evolving customer requirement
Build with your team and our customers the success of our test process automation solution
Support EXFO business units in capturing new revenue streams through innovative pricing and packaging models
Work with product management and sales leaders across the organization to drive digital transformation within EXFO
When ready, lead the design and the introduction of the appropriate solutions in an E-Commerce platform

What were looking for

Technical Skills

Proven track record as a business leader managing software-based solution definition and commercialization and turning them into successful products
Business acumen and an entrepreneurial mind-set bringing strong market analysis, pricing and product marketing awareness to bear as part of your product management toolkit
Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholder groups (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Support) to collaboratively plan and operationalize product roadmap Set and communicate clear priorities for the product lines based on strategic objectives, market conditions and customer requirements
Extensive and substantial related experience in commercializing software solutions
Experience with on line sales and e-commerce platforms
Familiarity with software licensing solutions
Related work experience handling complex pre and post sales cycles with customers

Required Aptitudes

Dynamic, driven, goal oriented leader with change management skills
Excellent organizational, leadership, decision making, human relations and communications skills
Good understanding of the telecommunication field and our customers challenges
Pertinent experience in a customer facing role and with a sales force
Team player, capable of sharing with and learning from coworkers
Able to analyze and resolve complex problems
Able to organize, prioritize, delegate and follow up
Must be proficient in P & L analysis

Must have

Education Bachelors degree or equivalent An MBA is considered an asset
Pertinent experience 10 years operational experience in the telecommunication or high-tech industry

5 years leadership experience in software monetization

Background in software sales (an asset)

Language requirements Bilingual (French/English, written and verbal) required
