Job Description:


The position will be inserted into the International Credit Solutions (WWCC3) Business Unit with the aim to be responsible for the business requirement gathering and their formalization of foreign projects assigned

Leveraging on CRIF Credit Bureau platform, and Competence centers, the Business Analyst will be involved in internal and external projects for feasibility analysis, functional design and drafting of project documentation, including the definition and execution of test cases, and corresponding documents drafting
The Business analyst will also be involved in presales initiatives
The position will be based in Dubai but extensive, project related, travel in Middle East to be expected 1 to 3 weeks training period in Europe may be required


Managing the functional analysis process requirements gathering and feasibility analysis, functional design and drafting of project documentation SRS (Software Requirements Specification) as per CRIF standard for the project, planning time and cost to enable new implementations or customizations;
Planning, defining and performing test cases, documents drafting;
Managing the project delivery and training
Tracking and reporting on project milestones ensuring deadlines are met and tacking
Cooperate with the project management unit, executing tasks assigned timely and with the required quality;
Assist in presales activities, performing product/service demonstration, discussing clients needs, recommending best practices in line with CRIF experiences
Work as part of the cross-functional and cross-country project team composed of consultants, IT technicians, product managers, etc
Identify, innovate and collect process requirements by acting as an interface between stakeholders, IT people, suppliers and customers in order to analyze, document and validate the processes and services required

Support the envisioning process of new services and developments designed on the customer needs


Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic language (both are must)
University degree in Engineering, Computer science or Economy; MBA is a plus
2 years experience in role of business analysis or business process management
Knowledge of banking processes, with particular focus on consumer and/or SME credit
Knowledge of MSOffice (project, excel, power point)
Good functional analysis skills and test procedures knowledge
Following technical skills are considered a plus SQL and relational databases, as well as being independent in performing data analysis; XML and XSD
Strong problem solving skills Big picture view but passion for details
Flexibility, capability work under time pressure when needed;
Capability to gain respect, build trust and develop good relationships with clients;
Self-organization of all activities and priorities management
Flexible to new situations and challenges
