Channel Sales - New Car Dealer Business




Job Responsibilities

- Handle large Channel sales-force teams of the organization with overall responsibility for strategic sales planning & designing distribution

- Handle coverage strategy for the products in both the existing and new lines so as to ensure achievement of the organizational bottom & top-line targets

- Develop, build and maintain the sales force up to its potential and beyond through a variety of measures These include effective sales training, sales system implementation, mentoring and coaching

- Identify, develop and harness new markets, products and ideas, aligned to company goals

- Responsible for contributing to the budget and other financial goals for the Company including own business unit, budget planning, forecast and adherence to

- Contribute to the short-term and long-range planning to support strategic business goals of the Company

- Strategy planning, execution and monitoring of marketing and advertising of the company offerings

- Excellent networking skills Positive attitude, result oriented with a sharp biz acumen and ability to think out of the box

- Responsible for ensuring that there is a standardization of various sales processes and systems across the locations

- To ensure that performance of various parties involved in the sales process is high so that the desired growth rate can be achieved

- To handle Internal communication with various stakeholders also ensures free flow of information

Job Requirements

- Overall 8-12 years experience in Channel and distribution sales

- Minimum 6 years- experience of Channel Sales & handling 100+ channel partners Industries like e-com, insurance or financial institute or in automotive would be added value on profile

- Zeal for a fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard

- Strong analytical and influential skills, attention to detail, and exceptional creativity, with the ability to balance in a resource constrained environment

- Strong track record of successfully understanding the needs of the client and developing relationships that lead to long-term partnerships

- Understanding of market / channel dynamics and their interplay to ensure meeting business goals
