Job Description:

- The solutions business unit at Girnarsoft enables digital conversations and traceable footprints for all customer engagements The idea started with inhouse development for its captive units to all OEMs in Automotive sector Currently the unit serves few biggest names in BFSI sector This is just the dawn of a great journey that we are sailing towards The vision to multifold the solutions business to 5 times the current size in next 3 years

We are looking for people who can be part of the journey evangelizing and displaying entrepreneurism along the way in the journey

Key responsibilities will include

- Create a account acquisition plan with probable bookings from the engagement

- Create, own and drive a action plan for the identified accounts

- Create own and deliver revenue forecast and revenue recognition plan for the account

- Be accountable for CSAT of accounts under direct control

- Able to represent Girnarsoft as Solutions owner from concept to delivery cycle

- Coordinate with Technical and Services teams for effort estimations, review and approve for moving to proposal phase

- Act as a customer advocate internally during the delivery phase and operations where ownerships are towards Girnarsoft

- Manage arbitrations on cost and scope creep in case the same arise during the execution of the engagement

- Maintain knowledge of all features and services of product and recommend new features and enhancements to keep improving to accelerate business growth

- Analyze customer requirements, requests and product issues to plan enhancement cycle

- Effectively communicate product strategy and trade-offs to all business leaders and technology leaders

- Be the product evangelist and partner closely with business, Design, Technology, QA and Sales team to understand the requirements and deliver effective solution

- Follow agile practices to deliver on scheduled releases for projects

- Administer and carry out UAT to provide final approval on product delivery

- Provide support to achieve all marketing strategies

- Assist business leads/ KAMs to review all financials of Solutions engagement, analyze all key business metrics, perform market research & usability tests on all activities and provide status reports to management


- Engineering or Graduate (BTech), preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college

- Strong experience of more than 10+ years in Software or IT industry

- A hands on individual with respect to scoping, estimation and closing business cycles

- Looking for a fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard


- Today, CarDekho is the only auto portal working directly with 8 + car and motorcycle manufacturers and 5000 dealerships across India selling over 12000 cars and 25000 two-wheelers per month This amounts to 15-30% of national sales of PVs and two-wheelers for these OEM manufacturers It is the only auto portal to be associated with the top players in the organized used cars segment, and also works in collaboration with the top 4 private and government banks of the country to facilitate used car finance and provide a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers
