Job Description:

Key Responsibilities -

- Design and implement a variety of initiatives, action plans, programs and training materials that employ e-learning, virtual learning, site based training, assessments or other solutions

- Identify vendors for L&D activities based on the organizational requirements

- Manages employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings, and Intranet use

- Work with HR Manager on company wide organization development processes that address issues such as succession planning, workforce development, key employee retention, organization design and change management

- Manage the company wide initiatives regarding employee wellness, culture building, engagement, employee satisfaction and technology

- Manage Responsible for recruitment for identified verticals

- Design and implement various HR & employment policies

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Qualification & Experience

- MBA from reputed college with 2 yrs of relevant experience

- Good with MS office

Knowledge

- Good knowledge of various aspects of HR domain

- Must have managed HR initiatives, ongoing HR functions

- Should have knowledge of learning & development activities

Behavioral Attributes

- Analytical thinking analyzing various forms of data, from survey results to training program assessments to create best programs /strategies

- Problem-solving skills - Understand various business & functions and create optimum solutions

- Attention to detail - dealing with a combination of people and the data related to them requires someone who pays attention to details Overlooking certain pieces of data can be detrimental to overall results

- Interpersonal skills Ability to influence and convince and gain trust of employees

- Collaboration - the ability to actively engage and collaborate with everyone, from internal stakeholders to business partners to external consultants, is critical to success in this position
