Job Description:

Job Title- Customer Service Executive

Exp- 0 to 3 years (Relevant) 

Salary- 15000 to 20000 CTC

Shift- Only day shift

Age- 19 to 30 Years

Language Proficiency- English, Hindi and Gujarati

Job responsibilities

 Make daily calls to customers to convince them to apply for the product

 Responsible to handle inbound calls

 Update all information in MIS and share the reporting person

 Share sales techniques and knowledge with the TL and fellow specialist to drive overall performance of the team

Desired Profile

 Excellent selling and persuading skills

 Minimum 1 Years of relevant experience in sales or Calling

 Ability to confidently engage the client in a conversation, not just to follow a script

 Agreeable accent and choice of vocabulary

 12th Pass or Any Graduation

 Ability to plan and manage follow-ups

 Ability to work under stress and to meet challenging sales targets
