REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Education Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field

Experience 8 to 10 years

Negotiation, communication, ability to influence others, risk taker, problem solver, and project management skills

Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel, including competitive positioning

Strong analytical skills and data oriented person

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software solutions / services and products

Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area

Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance

Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends

Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system

Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers

Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business

Increase business opportunities through various routes to market

Collate information on competitors activities in the territory and analyzing the same for the business

Explore and train new dealers for the product by organizing training programs, meetings, sales promotion activities, etc
