FBIS, being the hiring organization, is an integral part of Finance organization of Keysight, which is focused on providing the ERP and BI product, process and project management expertise to consult, develop and deliver solutions that meet our internal customers present and future business needs FBIS is primarily engaged in Plan of Record (POR) process management and solution investment benchmarking & recommendations; and overall project management comprising business requirements analysis, functional solution design, partnering with IT teams for solution development, testing and solutions deployment

Job Description

The role requires understaning of financial modules, primarily in Oracle ERP especially in the areas of Fixed asset; Project Costing and General Ledger with understanding of linkages with consolidation application OnesStream and BI reporting Experience in financial process re- engineering and improvement initiatives Overall very good grounding in Finance functions with technical understaning of Oracle ERP and Project managment Skills

Key Knowledge & Skill Requirement

Strong knowledge and application of accounting skills in multiple Finance functions such as Genral Ledger Fixed Assets, Project Costing OneStream etc

Aptitude & willingness to work from system perspective, understand the system and its functionalities

Ability to understand the system set ups and its implication to the processes

Strong Solution Engineering Skills - Ability to define complex business problems, convert into solutions and fit into the overall finance system architecture

Must be system oriented & have an interest/ aptitude for developing skills in new applications

Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables

Understanding of Change Management Process

Thorough understanding of Quality Processes, used for managing projects and programs

Key Off the Job Skills Required

Ability to communicate effectively across different levels & geographies

Strong problem solving/ troubleshooting and analytical skills

Ability to work in different time zones

Ability to work under pressure and stretched goals

Job Qualifications

CA/ Certified Accountant/ MBA (Finance) from reputed institution

Work Experience 3- 6 years post qualification experience in Project Management for financial modules, primarily in Oracle ERP especially in the areas of Fixed asset; Project Costing and General Ledger with understanding of linkages with consolidation tollos like Onestream and BI reporting Demonstrated experience in financial process re- engineering and improvement initiatives Overall very good grounding in Finance functions with Technical understanding of Oracle ERP and Project Managment skeills,
