Job Description:

Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Drive all departments for timely and accurate data sharing across the region for meaningful analysis to be used by RD and Submit error-free/accurate presentation to RD/COOs office/Customers for key decision making

oCirculate the format to be used for data collection

o Fix up a deadline for sharing the same

ofollow up on progress made during regular intervals

oSeek clarifications if any and ensure that there is complete understanding among the departments of expected outcome

oCollate the data submitted and get it reviewed by RD in the presence of FHs before final submission to RD/COO/Customer

Regular tracking of AOP Vs Actual with the relevant departments and sharing of key issues with RD

oPercolate the AOP nos circulated by corporate to all the departments

oSeek update on monthly basis from Finance on Topline/Cost performance

oHighlight the lines where the Region is ahead/on course/behind the AOP nos to Regional Director

oAnalyze the impact of revenue enhancement and cost improvement measures on the actual nos

Organize for regular team review meetings for performance discussion and improvements

oCirculate the agenda of discussion in advance for due preparation

o Prepare a MOM of the review meeting

oCirculate the MOM with the action points/deadlines agreed during the review

oTrack the closure and ensure reporting to RD in case of non-compliance or deviation

Execution of Special Projects/initiatives which contributes to the overall Circle s business objectives and strategy

Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skill Sets Required (Mandatory/ Preferred)
Employee in Band D ( Assistant Manager / Manager ) can only apply
This IJP can be a lateral movement (ie role change to another department/location/function but at the same designation) OR a promotional movement (Ie role change to another location/department/function at a higher designation)
Eligible applicants should have a minimum rating of Valued Contributors (Rating L3) in the last Appraisal cycle The employee should not be under a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) Should have completed 2 years with Indus for both promotion and lateral movements Eligibility Rating Criterions, the rating criteria will be calculated post the last promotion wherever applicable
aPromotional Movement 9 for 3 years & 8 for 2 years
Promotions not applicable within the same circle and same function However in case of corporate positions, promotion is applicable in the same function provided there is a change in the sub-function
bLateral Movement 9 for 3 years & 6 for 2 years
Role enhancement at same level through IJP is applicable However, in some specific cases (eg CM to Zonal head) the role enhancement is possible only if there is a change in the Zone/Circle

Minimum 1 year spent in the current role and location
Willingness to relocate; Company will compensate for cost of living as per policy and support relocation
