Complete responsibility for the sales of Air Solution business, responsible for business growth, profitability and customer relations in the country

To drive and grow business through sales of direct and distributions channel

To deliver financial commitments for business results in both good and bad times

To review market conditions, competitor activity, customer needs, pricing schedules and develop sales

Prepare and implement annual and monthly sales plans, Handle monthly reports/forecast

Identify opportunities to further expand market share and improve profitability

To coach and develop team members


Bachelor Degree in Engineering or its equivalent

At least 5 years experience in leading a profitable and effective sales team in direct or related industry

Experience in identification of business opportunities and managing sales and services/aftermarket

Excellent communication & presentation skills and ability to drive oneself to win

Able to build and motivate team to excel in sales
