We are looking for Business Head - ( Loyalty Solutions )- for Delhi office of the client 1) Client Global US MNC 2) Position Business Head 3) Location Delhi / Mumbai ( Andheri) - East 4) Experience 6- 10 years with role managing a large Business acquisition in concept / solution sales team-leading strong highly productive team with very good connect with Senior Level Marketing fraternity in NCR region THE JD is a follows (Sales & Business Development) Job Role Vision - As Business Head , will be responsible for increasing revenue through new clients and contracts and generating new opportunities southern Region of India in the loyalty marketing, channel incentives and employee recognition marketplace - He will be responsible for achieving targets at an individual level & the objectives set by the company - Will be responsible to manage large scale operations across south Indian market - Develop strategies for growth and retention of business for the region through awareness of the local market and competitor activities - To achieve budgeted individual and collective targets of the sales and servicing team - High compliance of client servicing processes to ensure services are consistent and of high quality, High compliance of client servicing processes to ensure services are consistent and of the client - Keen market insight to preempt market needs and develop and implement strategies for new products and services accordingly Job Description - Achieve P&L for the region - Maintain a robust sales funnel and steady acquisition of new clients to meet high growth targets for the region - Develop deep relations with the senior management/CXO level ( CMOs / HR Leaders) at corporates in the respective Mkt/Region ( Delhi/ Mumbai) - To achieve budgeted individual target for the respective products & services for India - To build the seeding database from internal and external data sources - Mapping industry/verticals to ensure in-depth coverage - Generate and maintain a strong sales funnel - Prepare customized proposal presentations to provide the strategy and solutions for various operative loyalty formats in consultation with the pre sales teams - Conduct and analyze market studies in terms of competition mapping, market intelligence and market share - Keen market insight to preempt market needs and develop and implement strategies for new products and services accordingly - Contribute to client programme strategies - to implement at least 1 new campaign ideas - Attrition level of - 10% for staff under management - Contribute to the management layer by suggesting product and growth strategies through insights and innovative ideas Required Candidate profileRequirements - MBA - Marketing (preferred from the top 20 B-schools) - The successful candidate will have more than 10- 15 plus years experience in a business environment in a client acquisition role - Must have been exposed to B2B corporate sales and concept sales with keen sales and marketing acumen Specifically dealing with Chief Marketing Officers - Ability to develop strong relationships to build either industry or functional network - Personal and business maturity that leads to confident and rational business decisions - Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines - Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities - Negotiation skills, resource stewardship and an ability to handle chaos Qualifications A post graduate degree is required, relevant graduate degree, MBA preferred Preferred Industries - Sales and marketing (product and concept selling) with a strong marketing domain Behavioral Competencies - Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening Articulate and persuasive; can communicate difficult and complex matters in a straightforward, transparent manner - Strong organizational, analytical, detailed planning and project management skills - Ability to maintain professionalism and honesty while building credibility, trust, and respect with both internal and external clients and customers - Ability to grasp concepts quickly, think beyond traditional methods to exceed clients expectations - Curious by nature - A team orientation will be a valuable addition to a collegial, collaborative environment - Proactive and self-motivated Action bias with a strong sense of urgency
