- Develop account strategies and sales objectives linked with regional requirements and sales budget

- Cross selling by identifying the avenues within the client base to generate the new and higher level of profit

- Maintain rapport across all levels with Insurance Companies to get the best terms

- Provide accurate and complete information for customer proposals

- Building market Competitiveness & Identify quick win opportunities and penetrate accounts as the - First-to-access-

- Develop account management strategies resulting preferential situations with the key decision makers

- Develop business strength in the accounts by constantly improve position in the accounts to create entry barriers for competition

- Organize resources and deployment of manpower as per budget and as per timetable

- Ensure people receive relevant training

- Maintain motivation and high initiative of the team & implement organizational values

- Demonstrate consistency & maturity in sales forecasting processes & managing results

- Demonstrate efficiency in sales management processes and conducting performance reviews for the team

- Ensure preparedness for scheduled account reviews

- Maintain updated performance and account management documentation
