Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Head who can build and streamline the entire BU

This is a senior leadership role with complete P&L responsibility As a Business Head, the selected candidate will work towards building and leading the entire sales and operations for the company across multiple geographies

Experience in digital B2C companies with large feet on the ground sales team is preferred The role will also require knowledge of revenue planning and executing Should be able to work with Academic Category Directors to drive Business Targets

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy

- Estimate market opportunity and size, market segmentation, identify product andsolutions fit, create a GTM plan, key differentiators and communication strategy

Sales Planning

- Translate Business objectives into revenue targets and customer acquisition targets

- Create an execution plan which can be objectively broken geography and customer segments

- Build monitor and orchestrate sales pipeline to ensure continuouspopulation of near and long - term opportunities; manage the size, shape and qualityof pipeline; analyse overall win rates and win/loss ratios

Team Management

- Build and motivate teams to achieve Top-line profit targets for your BU and ensuremonth-on-month growth

- Ability to build sales team and entire sales ecosystem including Sales Intelligence,Inside Sales, and Sales Executives


- Create the strategies that steer the BU team including overall organization structure,hiring, compensation, sales targets, lead generation and management, territoryoptimization etcJob Description

- Drive consistent sales goal setting processes (with GMs, RMs and Sales Managers) anddesign sales incentive plans, partnering with cross-functional teams and salesleadership

- Leverage internal tools (CRM, Sales app) to drive efficiencies in operational processes

- Ensure quality assurance methods and metrics are in place for operational excellence

- Complete P & L responsibility of the BU

Required Skills

- The individual should be an MBA from a tier 1 B-School

- 5+ years of work experience in FMCG sales and/or e-commerce category management

- Proven track record of driving weekly / monthly sales targets

- Prior exposure to ed-tech / education sales will be a plus

Reporting Structure This role will be reporting into the CEO/ Co-Founder
