Job Description:

In this role , we are seeking a best in class candidate who is an expert in business including strategic goals , identifies growth opportunities by developing in depth understanding of the category and brands , consumer trends , and purchase journey dynamics
Owns the overall communication plan strategy for the brands , in accordance to IMC principles , including recommending broad audiences to be reached , relevant communication tasks , optimal mix of POE channels , overall campaign design and how success will be defined and measured

In this role , your goals will be
In three months
You would have complete knowledge of relevant categories
You would have understanding of WM Redfuse functions and operating processes
You would have understanding of managing media business with end to end campaign management
You would have been able to understand the client working style and deliver on their day to day requirements and start building relationships with the key decision makers within the current pipeline
In six months
You would have worked on set of brands and take complete ownership of the same
You would have developed a good client relationship
In 12 months
You will need to independently work on client requirements
You will need to train and mentor new joinees
You will have accountability on IMC , Media Strategy
W hat your day job looks like at Wavemaker
Be able to translate business and marketing strategy into media strategy
Strong experience in the craft of media planning , from comms planning to tactical media plans across media
Deep knowledge and experience with multi - channel marketing , TV and digital media
Ability to create audience driven solutions for brands , not just media channel driven
Strong strategic mind who can express ideas in a concise and articulate way
Good track record of pushing through innovative ideas
Meet Channels / Publication / Aggregator s and identify opportunities for brands
Have a strong opinion , and not be afraid to voice it in the room
Strong collaboration and team work with counter parts
Lead IMC for specific brands
Drive business growth for Red Fuse India though identification and scaling of projects that can generate revenue for Red Fuse India
What you ll bring
Experience of working with measurement partners (Nielsen , Kantar , Comscore )
Ability to collaborate and work with specialists in other functions
Good team member who contributes positively to the overall success of the agency
Experience in Integrated Marketing Communications
Track record in client management and experience in client engagement
Strong presentation skills and articulate and confident demeanour
History of integrating digital into a broader agency environment
Familiar with Wavemaker s RGP and Momentum thinking will be added advantage
Minimum qualification s
7 years of Experience working on a large client
