Business Development / Pre-Sales Lead

Level L6

Ideal candidate would be an MBA from a recognized business school with 10 to 15 years of experience in pre-sales The candidate will report to the overall portfolio lead at offshore and support the growth aspirations within the portfolio The candidate would have experience doing business development / pre-sales for Pharma and Analytics practice at offshore, based out of Saama, Pune

Key Responsibilities

Developing growth strategies and plans

Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

Increasing client base

Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

Writing business proposals / RFPs

Negotiating with stakeholders

Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

Following industry trends locally and internationally

Drafting and reviewing contracts

Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

Collaboration and effective communication around the globe

Self-starter and able to get information in hands-on way than always relying on others,
