Job Description:

Minimum 7 years of Sales Experience in IT Industries with at least 4 years of experience in developing and managing the business in Government Sector
Experience of commercial negotiations , Bid Management besides RFP Handling , Direct Lead Generation , Cold Calling , Account Qualification , Account Development and Direct Sales
Result oriented professional ready to perform on target basis
Research , analyze , synthesize , identify expansion opportunities in target market
Ability to forecast and develop strategy for new business development
Proven track record in IT sales and growing revenue
Thorough understanding of local market , trade / custom practices
Ability to understand the e-Governance , e-Commerce , e-Learning offering
Work closely with product development and implementation teams
Ability to propose and value proposition and confidently communicate the same to the prospects
Establishing new business relationships and cultivating existing relationships with Decision Makers and Consultants in Government Organizations / Corporate Sector
Excellent planning , estimation , solutions making , proposal writing , editing , reviewing skills , presentation skills , communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders , teaming agreements formation with consortium partners , Partners Management (including conflict management)
A good team player , leader and problem solver,
