BIS Research is looking for smart, self driven, entrepreneurial & flexible Business Development expert to lead a team of highly accomplished & energetic executive helping global clients to navigate through technological distruptions

Roles & Responsibilities of Business Development

The incumbent will be handling a team of 4- 5 resources & owing up revenue target for few industry practices

Mentor, train & Supervise inbound & outbound teams and train them to effectively identify & build new business opportunities and thereby achieving indivisual & organizational targets

Understand Market Intelligence Reports from various verticals and develop a robust sales strategy based on different requirements from clients

Retain the existing clients and further probe them to enhance business opportunities to increase customer lifetime value ( CLV) for the organization

Work closely with executives, marketing, and research team to increase the Closure Ratio and Number of New Acquisitions and also to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC)

Active participation in generation of RFPs/ RFQs for key accounts

New account development for research products distinct within the operative verticals, & Manage, nurture & cultivate those accounts to ensure recurring revenue

Requirments & Skills

4- 5 years of relevant experience & atleast 1 year of team handling experience (minimum of 2 resource handling ) is mandatory

Incumbent must have worked with B2B global sales industry

Exposure to knowledge / research product will be an advantage

Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong command in Power point presentation s (PPT s)

Should be able to demonstrate negotiation and pitching skills through past experience
