Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Carry out sales and marketing activities and maximize sales opportunities for all Danfoss product
Prepare and present product and application training to selected customers and Consultants, demonstrating company and product capabilities
Monthly identification and qualification of Project Sales leads Carry out agreed objectives for the designated business area
Investigate business opportunities with potential customers (as defined by Management) including those who are purchasing like products from Danfoss competitors
Work with Partner staff in the successful implementation of Danfoss Projects
Increase in number of project customers with the Partner each year
Investigate and report on major business activities, opportunities and trends within the designated business area
Communicate and report monthly on key result areas and make recommendations to improve Danfoss business performance
All required entries and updates are registered in the CRM, Opportunity Management System and Quotations Register and are completed in the specified manner and time frames

Key Requirements Engineering Degree preferred but not essential
Working experience and/or education in the WATER, MINING, HEAVY INDUSTRY & PROCESS industries (process and application)
Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering background
Ability to engineer solutions through product application
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Minimum 3 years in a sales role
Minimum 5 years experience in related industry
Proven track record in Key Account Management and sales development
