Key Responsibilities

Manage Complete Sales Cycle
Formulating effective market coverage plans
Mining opportunities and managing sales pipeline for new & existing customers
Achieving sales and collection targets for new business, up-sell, additional and AMC
Generate new ideas and tactics to grow and improve enterprise sales

New Business
Managing lead generation program by working with Marketing Team/SDR
Help SDR team to qualify and develop leads into working prospects
Manage and grow sales pipeline for new business
Win new business to meet sales targets in the allocated territory
Liaison with the delivery team to ensure the satisfaction of the customer

General
Communicating performance to management at all times and during sales reviews
Update CRM regularly and maintain hygiene of the same
Manage Presales activities and document customer discovery details for future references
Continue to increase functional & technical knowledge of company products and services
Knowledge of competing solutions and its SWOT
Help fellow team members in achieving their targets if necessary

Key Account Management
Fortifying customer relationship and gaining customer insights
Solving customer issues by leveraging inter- departmental resources
Developing and closing new opportunities for Up-sell business thereby increasing wallet share
Responsible for growing and collections of AMC & other dues regularly
Creating reference client stories and generating new business leads from accounts

General Selection Criteria

3-4 years experience in field enterprise business in retail and supply chain industry
Men or Women
Knows Hindi, English and local language
Is comfortable with quota, targets
Comes with captive potential list to hit the Street instantly
Preferably from competitors network
Comfortable with extensive travelling
