Walking Tree is looking for a seasoned and passionate business leader with a proven track record to help scale our ~150 people team to 500 engineering team in next 3-years Someone who is looking for an opportunity to set up a sales organization to drive sustainable growth should be excited about this opportunity While salary is not a constraint for the suitable candidate, we will be open to considering the long-term benefits, including linking their reward with the companys growth

Job Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the planning and execution of end to end Sales and Marketing activities
Innate ability to market and sell IT Services
Experience of selling IT Services End to End project delivery for the North American customers from India
Staff Augmentation for the local market as well as the North American market

Hands-on with need creation and benefit selling
Develop short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies including setting sales targets, pipeline, and policies
Work on all phases of the end-to-end sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client persuasion, conducting negotiations and contracting terms with clients
Identify client service requirements, Analyze and maximize selling opportunities by establishing a personal rapport with all levels of the client organization
Collate market information about the competition, and understanding of New Technologies and engagement in Market Research
Prior understanding of market & relationship with decision-making teams and Business partners to assist pipeline creation
Generating business from potential, new as well as existing customers/accounts and establishing strategic partnership & alliances, achieving profitability and increased sales growth
Demonstrate leadership skills by hiring, building and leading the team
Create the business proposal, presentations, and/or whatever is required to effectively close the sales
He/she will also be required to review and provide key inputs in finalizing the SoW
Go the extra mile to make it a great experience for the client, make resolving all issues the same day a habit and work with the get-things-done attitude

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Desired Must have the mindset of CAN DO and WANT TO DO
Must be already successful in delivering a business with USD 4M target from the new customers
Must be exceptional in Market Research, Lead Generation and Sales Strategy
Sound knowledge of IT Services Industry with hands-on experience of 15 years in selling IT products and services in the domestic and international market
Prior experience or ability to handle Custom Applications Development sales, mobile applications, E-commerce, System Integration, and Staff Augmentation will be required from day one
Experience of interacting and negotiating with CXOs
Must be a self-starter
Should be a consultative problem solver and must know who can help him to provide the best solution to the customer
Overall Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Must have strong multi-tasking abilities

Qualification

BE/BTech Computer Science or BE with a great understanding of IT Services Business
MBA will be considered an advantage

Someone who has helped a company scale from 100-200 people team to 500-1000 people team
