Missions and Responsibilities

Prospect for new customers for On-site Business
Take the responsibility of making On-site offers, if needed in collaboration with other AL business teams and under the guidance of the Cluster Business Development
Collaborate with the Sales Management for the development and maintenance of new and existing clients
Ensure good coordination and planning with all relevant AL teams especially with Projects and Operations
Develop networking plan between customers/prospects and AL
Reporting directly to the Business Development Director based in Delhi
Requires interaction with Senior Leadership , highly impactful in Communication
Sign new customers for On-site Business
Ensure good relationships at all levels between customers/prospects and AL

Competencies and Profile

Strong Technical Sales experience preferably with medium to long term supply agreements
Listening, analyzing and identifying client needs
Liaise with projects /technical team to develop techno-commercial offers
Autonomous, organized, rigorous, dynamic and proactive
Tenacious and self driven
Capacity to work in a complex multinational organization and in a competitive environment
Capacity to summarize and analyse complex projects and situations
Capacity to multitask and follow more than one project at the same time
Good understanding of the financial and legal specificities of very customised projects
Fluent in English
Computing skills (Sheets, docsetc)
Conscious of Quality, Safety

Additional information

Qualification Minimum graduation in Engineering or equivalent
MBA preferred
