What Youll Do

The Manager, Business Applications Admin reports to the Director of Business Applications Admin in the newly created Customer Experience Organization at Cisco S/He will be responsible for establishing a team of business administrators/ developers for low-code platforms that allow for acceleration of the CX Digital Strategy from vision to value To carry this responsibility requires a seasoned mix business acumen, deep technical chops, and an entrepreneurs spirit

Work with Cisco transformation leaders, Digital Business Architects, Product owners, Data & IT team to drive CX end to end solutions enabled by robust and scalable digital architecture

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will have a deep domain business expertise on Customer Experience and related processes and technical expertise with modern technologies including, but not limited to the Salesforce platforms, Einstein Analytics, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI), API Management, Content management, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Digital Security and cloud-based applications In addition to the business and technical capabilities, the candidate should have a proven track record of working as a trusted advisor in implementing digital technologies and creating roadmaps The person will also be a liaison in evaluating new technologies using industry benchmarks

A proven track record of working with cross functional teams across business stakeholders and IT along with a program management experience is essential for the success of this role Prior experience as a product owner will be preferred The candidate should be extremely comfortable in agile environments where senior leaders engage in detailed problem solving regularly This role will have a management responsibility for digital business administrators and will work closely with many product tracks across a matrix organization structure

Job Responsibilities

o Configure and setup Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds

o Configure and setup Einstein Analytics Dashboards, dataflows and lenses

o Collaborate with IT and Data teams to setup a governance model that allows for business user developed apps (UDA)

o Self-starter and chief doer; ability to define and hold the big picture while executing on a piece of it

o Demonstrated leadership experience across digital technology management, innovation or experience design

o Proven ability to generate trust and build alliances

o Empathy, curiosity and desire to improve and constantly learn

o Consistent record of delivering business value

o Passion for customer experience, business, market trends, and technology

o Provides direction for technical resources

o Provides leadership and management through coaching, empowering and facilitating teamwork for all staff, including the administration of personnel actions and reviews

o Develops associates to their fullest potential and provides challenging opportunities that enhance associates career growth

o Recognizes and rewards individual contributors for accomplishments

Qualifications

2 years Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Administrator experience
6 months Einstein Analytics (Wave Analytics) experience
Experience working with Standard Sales Analytics application and Service Analytics Application in Einstein Analytics (Wave Analytics)
Experience developing Apps, Datasets, Lenses and Dashboards in Einstein Analytics
Salesforcecom Certified Administrator preferred
Team player with ability to work effectively with all levels of organization and individually
Speaks with authority and writes with clarity The successful candidate is able to communicate at right level of detail and with a clear message when interacting with any level of stakeholder CXOs, business partners and all manner of technologists
