Role and Responsibilities

The business operations team is looking for detail oriented and analytical driven individuals The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting sales, sales operations and Finance team on WW level

The position requires interaction with international teams; hence the Business Analyst must be a self-starter with strong leadership and analytical skills that is comfortable working with distributed teams without direct management oversight

Collect functional and application data requirements from customers Create and provide data analysis solutions using Microsoft Access Integrate standard methodologies in each application development, data visualization and process flows
Use external databases to create analysis solutions Create various different reports as required Generate appropriate ad-hoc reporting
Organize incoming claims data for effective retrieval Communicate effectively audit protocol processes Develop process documentation and departmental procedures Support access application with SQL Server backend
Create reports & dashboards for the Field organization
Create ad-hoc Excel-based SQL reports for the field organization
Perform data analysis to resolve root cause analysis
Execution of new assignment and projects collaborating with team members by providing them necessary technical support


3-5 years of experience in a MIS Reporting/Development
Strong knowledge MS Excel VBA is a must (minimum 2 years of experience is a must)
Strong knowledge of SQL for creating reports is required(minimum 2 years of experience is a must)
Strong knowledge on Tableau dashboard development is a must (minimum 2 years of experience is a must)
Ability to create crisp reports and dashboards
Knowledge of SalesForceCom or Oracle EBS is a plus
Familiar with ODBC environment
Business analytical experience within a highly dynamic corporate environment with IT, Sales, Finance & Operations organizations
Experience in creating Excel reports and Dashboards merging data for diverse data sources
Solid attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience in working with Global teams is a must
Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills and able to work in fast, paced, high volume environment
Ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and through documentation
Experience working in an onshore offshore model with teams from different time zones and cultures
Excellent written and verbal skills
Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and/ or other data displaying applications would be a plus
Knowledge on Sharepoint designing/development would be a plus

Educational Requirement

Bachelors degree is a must
