The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS) SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities

What you will be responsible for

Contributing actively in team activities, drive sharing experiences and ideas
Analyse of new system enhancements/regulatory changes/ operational process improvements requests to understand in detail impact on business functions and systems;
Walkthroughs of requirements with Business and Technology areas
Working on new solutions development and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
Plan and manage transition analysis, preparation and execution with effective use of time and resources;
Provide technical expertise and support other team members;
Complete any transition event-specific tasks / reporting in accordance with client instructions / project plans;
Escalate issues and exceptions to management in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures;
Work on agreed training requirements and performance goals to ensure ongoing development;
Escalate unusual or suspicious activity to management for review
Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in your own behaviour
Demonstrate the Risk Excellence culture in your behaviour

Strong technical, critical thinking and creative thinking skills the range of daily issues as well as the need to come up with creative solutions to client requests requires an adaptable and creative approach
Multitasking skills, strong analytical and prioritization skills, experience in deadline driven environment

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Attention to detail and standards of quality
Fluency in English required
Knowledge of State Street systems (beneficial, but not essential)
Understanding of change management and Lean best practice theories, with practical experience is preferred
PC skills, including MS Office applications Word, Excel, Project and Visio
Basic programing skills including VBA and high desire to develop in this area Python, xceptor knowledge would be high benefit
