Job Description:

Estimation and costing, prepare BOQ

Small size structural designing, Structural drawings

Checking drawings for approval, with the (Corporation/ municipal/ panchayath) rules

Construction & designing Progress report submission in detail to the higher authorities

Preparing Quantity survey reports, working drawings Prepare construction Documentation sets

Responsibilities

Evaluate all related drawings, discuss & communicate drawing & designing team

Working drawing for sites should be approved before the date

Follow up the status of documents submitted to Muncipality

Identify the chances of delay or stopping of any work before it get stopped

Evaluating structural designs and convey the details to corresponding staffs

Qualifications and Skills

Accadamic

B tech in Civil engineering, Softwear knowledge in Autocadd, MS xcell & MS word

General

Communication skill, Leadership skill, Ability to face challenges,
