This role is to manage the finance team supporting FSGBU and UGBU at GBF Bangalore Looking for someone who has knowledge of Business finance activities like forecasting, Budgeting (both Revenue, Expenses and headcount) Solid understanding of Consulting business is must Knowledge of other business like Cloud, Support, Hardware will be an added advantage The candidate should have demonstrated his ability to work under high pressure Previous experience supporting top Finance/Business management is essential The candidate will also be expected to enhance and establish current processes and reporting capabilities This is a managerial position and hence would require the candidate to have handled people management role previously Must have good inter-personal communication skills
Good communication - should be able to drive conference calls and make presentations to Senior Management/Executives
Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word & Power point)

Not less than 10 years in Finance,Planning and Analysis experience

Serves as a financial advisor and business partner in managing the activities of the financial analyst staff Ensures that global business processes and practices are followed in providing accurate financial analysis in support of Oracles business to facilitate decision making and future business strategies Supervises a professional staff

As a member of Oracles finance organization, you will perform a work coordination role of the finance team and assist with key cross functional business practices such as management of the budget and forecasting processes Your will assist in the preparation, administration, and direct the control of the budget Assist in the review and approval of recommendations for financial planning and control Assist in monitoring divisions and subsidiaries adherence to budgets Develop, implement, and integrate financial practices across multiple organizations and locations Develop, recommend, and implement financial policies, practices, and process changes

Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire/fire authority Demonstrated leadership and people management skills Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of accounting practices Strong understanding of transactional impacts Oracle Financials and Excel knowledge is essential BA/BS degree preferred
