Function Sales

Educational Qualification MBA / Post Graduate

Experience 4 - 5 years (min 2yrs channel experience, prior exp in sales/trade marketing/key account management) Should have worked in field sales in previous roles

Internal Head Modern Trade, ASMs/ASEs/TSO/TSI/PSM -Modern Trade, Customer Marketing Team, Key accounts manager, Supply Chain and Commercial

External Stand Alone Modern Trade - Retailers, Merchandising, Audit and Activations agencies

Functional Competencies

- Current exp In Modern Trade working as customer marketing/trademarketing/ key accounts executive

- Exposure to Modern Trade business programs and work in field sales (GT / MT)

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising Operational Management

- Merchandising agency management - SLA Delivery & Commercial Hygiene

- Process Codification, Working Discipline Check, Report & MIS Design, Development & Roll-Out

- Merchandising Training & Capability Development for team and merchandising manpower

- External Audit Extraction

- To Build Merchandising Efficiencies Channel Development

MT Capability building and business program management

- Process Codification, Working Discipline Check, Report & MIS Design, Development & Roll-Out

- TSI/PSM and AWSM Training as per business KPIs

- Way of working development & training

- Lead and run the Standalone (SAMT) business program - UMANG

- Manage and run the incentive program for team (CSC program for TSIs/PSMs and Pragati for AW salesman)

New product launches, brand led activations and visibility planning for Stand Alone

- Design and execute Go To Market (GTM) strategy for new launches/re-launches/ key brands for Stand Alone

- Develop and execute brand activations in close coordination with Customer Marketing team for Stand Alone- Visibility elements for the Stand Alone

- Loyalty Stores by understanding brand levers, customer needs and terms of trade; and lead execution of the same

Channel development projects and data insighting

- Assess channel development projects basis AOP and work on the development of the same with the cross-functional team

- Business / Sales Intelligence - Data Analytics, Insight Mining and Solution Mix Development

Promotion and A&SP Management

- Stand Alone monthly promo management alongwith Customer Marketing team

- Responsible for Merchandising spends management Stringent check & tracking of the same

- ROI check and pre-post evaluation of spends, promotions, visibility and activations in Stand Alone Loyalty Stores
