The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate

Revenue Growth

To achieve the set targets for revenue

Cost Control

Costs are managed within budgets

Improve efficiency/ productivity levels in the branch

Drive transaction migration to alternate channels of banking


Ensure branch profitability through improvement in CIR of the branch

Strategic Quality Drivers

Qualified new to bank onboarding

Focus on New to wealth activation

Cross segment and cross border referrals

Customer service

On an ongoing basis, deliver consistent, efficient, accurate service at branches The performance metrics for service are

RTF & client complaints

Customer Attrition

Digital Sales and Adoption

Risk Management / Operational Risk

Ensure management control and performance/operating standards are appropriate and are being adhered to, as per ORMA standards

Key Control Standards, SORR, LSORR along with KRIs to be accurately made & reviewed along with appropriate samples and sent in time

Operating losses / Frauds are minimized / reduced

KYC Rectification numbers to be as per the Triggers agreed with L&C

Review and complete all relevant reports

Mis-selling 0 complaints

Ensure all accounts are sourced in compliance with the Banks AML/KYC policies

Suggest process changes if local conditions warrant making the processes stronger

Report any transaction where funds appear to originate from suspected illegal sources

Raise awareness on KYC/ML and ensure team members are well trained on KYC/AML

BCSBI Ensure that the team is committed to the code of conduct as listed in Banking Codes & Standard Board of India
