Job Description:

-Planning for premium class General Trade business in entire Gujarat
-Responsible for Business Growth on Focus Brands
-Expansion of stockiest network in channels sales for entire Gujarat
-Responsible for handling a team for channel distribution, ensuring distribution, primary and secondary business target
-Ensuring proper placement to target consumer, placing as a premium product category
-Responsible for Entire CNF operation on primary dispatch, delivery order generation, invoice dispatch to Channels
-Driving the Brand promotional/Brand Awareness activities,
-Training Sales team on Distribution Expansion, Consolidation, Category Management, Sales Planning
-Preparing monthly planning of primary and secondary target proper estimation of volume and value target;
-Effectively handling seasonal trend MOM and YTD growth with proper pipeline;
-Responsible for the Financial aspects of the distribution channel-ensuring timely remittance from the distributors and providing timely proper financial support to the distributors from the Companys side as where applicable
Experience in handling General Trade Sales in entire Gujarat
Should be in a team handling role
Experienced in channel sales, distributor network handling in entire Gujarat
Presentable and good communication skills,
