  • Leading to manage the entire operations of the offline centre

  • Handling walk-in customers in a manner that instills confidence and encourages them to transact with us It will include Handling customer queries related to company profile, offering, and services

  • Making customer aware about benefits 

  • Taking customer through the loan application process

  • Explaining safety measures and security protocols to help customers overcome any and all apprehensions

  • Leading the effort to achieve the sales targets assigned to the centre

  • Coordinating with Sales and Inside sales team for enhancing walk-ins

  • Ensuring that the customer receives the highest standard of service

  • Improve client retention through great customer service

  • You will also be an integral part of our launch team and will be expected to share any feedback that customers may have towards improving our services
