As Branch Manager Corporate (IT Sales) , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, analyzing and deploying new business processes You will be responsible to drive business for Mumbai with P&L accountability

What you will do
Overseeing workflows for partner accounts and managing partner communications for key accounts and resolving escalated issues
Tracking all business development activities, analyzing quarterly progress and suggesting new strategies based on findings
Understanding the unique needs of customers, presenting and suggesting solutions, demo products as required
Achieving agreed with sales targets along with the team
Responsible for end to end business cycle management, right from lead generation to closing of orders and collections
Exploring cross-sell & up-sell opportunities and mapping Industry and customer
Understanding market and competition products and services
Drawing strategies to counter competition
Taking initiatives in improvising processes
Guiding and mentoring team members

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have
Over 12 years of experience in corporate sales (Preferably in the IT Hardware/Technology Sales)
Experience in leading and motivating a team and driving results
Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities
Excellent language fluency, good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Good selling & negotiation skills
Ability to understand complex processes
Customer minded attitude
Good analytical skills & aptitude to self-learning
Team managing skills
Rapidly acquire Knowledge of AMPLE processes and service offerings
