Job Description:

Job Responsibilty - Bangalore - PART TIME (SATURDAY /SUNDAY)

  • Local Arrangement for lectures and Seminars

  • Taking participant’s attendance

  • Collecting feedback from the participants

  • Preparing consolidated Feedback report in prescribed format suggested by HO

  • Sending feedback forms to HO through courier

  • Fees collection as communicated by HO

  • Preparing fee receipts

  • Depositing payments in bank

  • Portal entries of Attendance, Certificate and Study material issued to the participants 

  • On every Monday you must have to submit all the reports to HO

  • Collection of Study material, Certificates from traveler/ Courier Office and distribution among participants in a batch

  • Coordination with participants, solving their queries as and when required

  • Helping in searching Lecture / Seminar venues and budgeted hotel rooms for the faculty and staff stay

  • Helping in arranging food for the participants (as and when required)

  • ICD / Port arrangements and Coordination with Participants (as and when required)

  • Compulsory Requirement  

    Dongle / Vehicle / Laptop
