Activities performed



  • Implementing and updating the properties in client system

  • Track the task performed and send follow ups to customer

  • Handle email and call communication and respond


Required Experience and Qualification



  • Exposure to Travel & Hospitality domain and working knowledge on GDS

  • Ability to work regularly scheduled US shifts (timings can change as per business need)

  • 2 Years of experience in a customer service role where you had to apply business rules to varying fact situations and make appropriate decisions utilizing Analytical and Time Management skills

  • 6 Months of experience using Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, leverage internet search engines

  • 6 Months of experience with the Microsoft Office suite that required daily usage of Outlook, Excel and Word

  • Ability to comprehend customer requests which come via email and Call

  • Ability to proactively identify process improvements#
