Job Description:

As the Associate Product Management representative responsible for turning the product roadmap into reality, you will be accountable for translating the roadmap vision into execution plan

- Incumbent should have/understand Product Management in a small- or large-scale data driven digital platform with an ability to build scalable platform using AI/ML, Microservices, Innovation in Lending etc

- Experience/Learn in collaborating with data product management capabilities and ability to contribute into various product management techniques to assist in platform vision, backlog planning, and program manage releases

- Responsible for competitors mapping, analysis and presentation to product leadership on a periodic basis Providing insights on the market research, trends and potential product positioning activities

- Responsible to conduct sprint demos with relevant stakeholders of both internally with product team and customers in case of need

- Responsible to provide insights on roadmap for the entire Product lifecycle management

- Work closely with the cross-functional team to gain a strong understanding of the product vision, business goals and client and end user needs and how these will be met through delivery of the product roadmap

- Collaboration with stakeholders together to translate high level product concepts and business requirements into features and an initial software product backlog

- Support the development of product ideation and service delivery models for the Global product suite

- Assist in developing financial and strategic product and engagement models, including competitive research

- Forecast revenue or savings opportunities associated with product development initiatives

- Manage cross-segment relationships, teams and projects that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing and analyzing

- Contribute towards innovation across teams to ensure aligned, cohesive progress across multiple areas including technology, marketing and service operations

Supporting the delivery of Roadmap;

- Learn and leverage Agile development best practices to ensure timely and quality delivery of new software functionality

- Work closely with product managers as they manage a healthy product backlog to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and priorities throughout the development cycle

- Prioritize and balance work within your team in an environment with many competing priorities

- Assist in product end-to-end release levels oversight and support

- Experience learning quickly, working independently, and meeting deadlines

- Ability to multi-task with experience working in fast paced environment

- Experience with coordinating complex projects

- Strong customer service and administrative skills required

Desired Candidate

Any Degree - B Tech/ BE/MCA/MTech preferably full time

- MBA from pedigree college will be preferred

- Experience in BFSI, Fintech and Lending is preferred

- Experience Range 1-2 Years

- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills

- Financial services experience with a focus in digital banking / lending domain preferred

- Candidates with Agile SCRUM training, related certifications, and prior experience managing as a Product Owner/Associate teams preferred

- Thorough understanding of standard software development lifecycle for enterprise software applications

- Thorough understanding of scrum framework and agile methodologies and team roles and responsibilities in a SCRUM-based environment
