Job Title Regional Sales Head Department Sales & Logistics

Location Delhi and Chandigarh or Jaipur


North1- Punjab, Haryana, J&K, Rajasthan

North2- Delhi and UP

Stakeholders Brand Manager, Regional Supply Chain Manager, Regional Manager - Marketing, Regional Manager - Quality, Regional Manager - Finance, Regional Manager - HR & Admin, Regional Manager - IT, Branch Manager- Plant & Co-packer Managers

Role & Responsibility

- Achieve the Annual Business Target in volume / value / profitability per case across the entire portfolio for the assigned region

- Develop & Plan the Annual Business Target / KPIs for Direct Reportees & ensure achievement

- Sales Planning Process - Monthly / Quarterly / Channel wise / Market wise Ensure high degree of forecast accuracy

- Effective & Efficient implementation of trade schemes / Visibility programs / Retailer loyalty programs / Incentive programs

- Develop & Execute Sales & Distribution Strategies which is Channel specific / Market specific

- Establish a complete Route-to-Market /ensure optimal Numeric Distribution & Weighted Distribution in all potential outlets / channels

- New Product launch in line with Planned Sales & Distribution objectives

- Implementation of all BTL activities & leverage ATL support to drive Pre-Defined Sales Objectives

- Coach / develop / mentor people & support them to excel on performance Focus on developing capabilities

- Strong Review mechanism & derive actionable ground level implementation Monitor /evaluate key deliverables

- Evaluate & present the capacity expansion plan for the Region to Head-Sales basis market demand / expansion plans

Criteria for Evaluation

- Sales value / volume / Profitability per case in line with Company Budgets

- Optimize Cost of Sale / drive Sales efficiency, thereby increasing people productivity

Candidate profile

Age < 45 years

Education MBA from Top B-Schools

Experience Minimum 15-20 years, preferable FMCG Needs to be at a current leadership role
