Job Description:

Responsibilities

1 Building a strong brand connects with the target audience through campaigns, events, and partnerships

2 Conceptualizing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and its execution to directly accelerate revenue growth

3 Maintaining consistency in brand image, positioning, and communication across all customer touch-points

4 Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues

5 Monitor competitive activities, brand health, and brand share

6 Partner with the sales team to recognize business matrices, dive deep on root causes & address relevant opportunities through innovative marketing programs

7 Undertake all market research for obtaining feedback on various aspects of the brand

8 Strategize, plan & execute marketing projects to engage our customers effectively

9 Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and translating brand strategies into revenue-oriented plans

Requirements

- Capable of balancing user and business needs while Remaining flexible in a fast-changing start up environment

- Should have strong community marketing experience & community business model know-how

- Successful track record of working on brand identity & positioning

- The proven track record for designing, implementing and tracking the impact of creative marketing programs
