At Bettercom, our people are our most important resource Were looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sales Support A person who can work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders across the organisation This role will have tremendous growth and learning opportunities Looking for a self-starter who will be responsible for delivery and success of the function The position will partner closely and work with the team in the US

Responsibilities Will Include

- Responsibility for management of the Sales Support function

- Understand the business requirements clearly and plan for effective utilization of resources

- Help build out and ramp up the Sales support team in India

- Liaise with the US teams and and ensure optimal delivery of projects

- Help grow and develop this team through hands on training and coaching / mentoring

- Communicate progress on deliverables and risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery

- Own the communication and execution

- Understand the process, people or technology gaps and propose preventive / corrective action where appropriate

About You

- You have built and scaled up teams and worked across geographies

- Quick and innovative thinking with the acumen to correctly interpret available data

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) along with good presentation skills

- Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor

- Experience in Process Improvement, Decision Making, Managing Processes, Planning, Analyzing Information and Developing Standards

- Ability to work with ambiguity
