Position Co-Founder & CTO - Digital Health

MANDATORY / PRIMARY REQUIREMENT

1) Job Description / Responsibility & Role

- Passionate to built & Grow a start-up by building an world-class IT Product from scratch with strong mindset of entrepreneur, strong commitment, long-term plan to work with dedication, strong experience in Agile Product development methodology for Interactive Prototype-full Product development, Visualisation, Product R&D, Wireframe,Moqup,Axure,Sketchapp, Invision, MS Visio, Framer X,Adobe XD to built interactive Product ready with animation from Idea-Scratch-Prototype-Beta-MVP, Product Engineering and Product development think tank, self-starter, ability to do initially few major multiple Hat Role in software development cycle (coding, Product design & Tech architect, Product engineering and software development for Mobile App & web design development)

- Good understanding of cutting-edge software Technology Product platform in AI, Mobile App, AI Chatbot & website development, e-commerce web portal development skills, System infrastructure, Design, Tech Architect & its Product Methodology will be responsible to develop & drive the technology vision Also exp in leading a Mobile app Product developer engineering team

2) Skill set

With entrepreneur skills, should be a good team Player and a Good Software Mobile Technology Leader, Tech Architect to build Mobile Application Technology product manage a small size Team of Mobile App ( iOS and Android developer ) Developers and web developer /Software engineers, Team Lead, QA Team

3) Mandatory Experience

- 7-15 Yrs exp in S/W Product development full cycle in MobileApp, Chatbot on mobile App & Web from scratch

- Strong experience of at least 2 Years as a CTO /VP Tech/ Head Engineering / SrTech Architect Lead in MobileApp Technology,AI Chatbot application from scratch in a software product development IT startup for Product developing from Mobile app product strategy planning, Idea-Scratch-wireframing-Agile methodology-Product design-architecture-Interactive Prototype-MVP- end to end full Mobile app product life cycle, Mobile App developer / Full Stack Developer

- Should be master in coding, developing world-class mobileapp product, AI Chatbot on a stand-alone basis and with leading a team

- After funding, we will add Tech team

4) Strong mandatory Commitment

- Full time on self-finance support basis and company mentioned equity basis, till funded by a professional investor from beginning itself connected with us remotely on agile software management system based in Delhi NCR in India initially

- But, If someone is already working full time with other company, advisable to work Initially with us on Part-Time basis remotely with average time contribution to develop the required MVP product development with a time strong commitment of an average of 15 Hours weekly and working remotely online with remotely engaging agile software team management for working to get product ready from scratch-POC-Beta Version-MVP ready for some tractions and for Investor Pitch

- After fundraising, you will be working mandatory on Full time with full time-based in our Gurgaon office with whole mind dedication with an average time contribution of 50-60 Hours weekly to meet the software Product development objective within the tight deadlines

5) Qualification

B Tech in CSE / IT / ECE /EE from top rated engineering Institute

6) CTC

Best in the IT Industry

Salary CTC applicable only after getting funding from Investor Till then needs to develop the product as required & manage on self-financial support basis with a multi Hat role

7) EQUITY

3 to 5% Company equity depends on commitment bringing on the table
