Banking Process- Handling HNI Customers 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY 


  • Provide banking assistance to the existing HNI customers 

  • Build relationship with allocated customer base 

  • Act as single point of contact and provide banking operation service through voice or Email interactions

  • Identify customer need and pitch for banking products(CASA, Loans, Cards, Insurance, Mutual fund, Dmat, Securitites, Etc)  




  • SKILL REQUIRED 


  • Any Graduate

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Willingness to work in relationship management for banking and investment products 

  • Experience in sales would be an added advantage 

  • Must be adaptable for changing environment
