Job Description:

We are hiring for Back Office Executive & Officer


  • Documentation of customers

  • Maintaining updated databases of customers with all relevant information

  • Speak to the vendors and taking care of the payment is been made on time

  • Creating Purchase orders/ Quotes as per instructions

  • Salary Calculations as per set methods

  • Correspondence with clients as instructed 

  • Keeping tab of all purchased items and following up of delayed deliveries

  • Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations 

  • Support staff in handling and documenting accounts 

  • Assist inventory controlling staff in maintaining inventory records 

  • Arranging meetings, events and appointments

  • Making travel arrangements & coordinating with travel agencies

  • Local vendor management
