About the role

- Baby Destination started off with a mission to give moms and expecting moms a platform to connect and share their experiences, views, and advice with each other Since then, we have been organically building a community of moms and expecting moms across the nation with a current cumulative strength of 125 mn and the largest in India Currently, we have succeeded to establish our name amongst the English, Hindi, Bangla, and Tamil speaking moms

- In this journey we came across some of the critical pain points of every group owner such as group management, growth, keeping it spam-free, amongst many others Now that we had the understanding, we also built a solution We created a product that is globally the first-ever platform for community management It intends to help the group owners/managers/moderators

- Baby Destination is seeking Community Partnerships Manager to engage group managers that run Health and wellness, Parenting or Women related communities whether in India or outside This role entails developing strong partner relations, through these critical engagements, you will be onboarding such communities to our product and post that ensure that their purpose is solved consistently

- The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles like account management or sales They- re a team player, can effectively work cross-functionally, and thrives in dynamic work environments You will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams


- Partner with entrepreneurial moms/dads/group owners

- Build awareness of our product

- Displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics

- Identify and cultivate relationships with entrepreneurial moms/dads/group owners

- Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time

- Represent Baby Destination in external meetings with executives from other companies

- Track, analyze and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships

- Work cross-functionally with a number of internal teams


- 2+ years of work experience in operations, business development or sales

- Collaboration and relationship-building experience - with the experience of developing working relationships at all levels of management

- Ability to Show Long term vision

- Strong curiosity for community, product, and technology
