DESCRIPTION As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Technical Program Support Specialist you spearhead the profile queues and You will act as the go-to person for customers, and interact with internal AWS teams as well as external partners to provide the perspective and the voice of the customers Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following
Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to AWS customers
Proactively working with customers to understand how they use AWS services and difficulties they have, and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams
Interacting with finance, development teams and customers to help ensure customer experience
Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experienceyou will Monitor performance metrics to deliver Seller promise, Drive process improvements, Understand and collaborate with Workflow and Capacity Planning, Use of data to plan and forecast work, Tracking and reporting of key metrics, Proactive identification and correction of quality issues, Defect reduction across systems and manual processes
Process improvement, automation to scale, and development or new solutions, Elimination of waste, On-boards and continuously develops team, Mentor and guide Technical Customer support asscoiates & peers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate degree and equivalent;
Good communication skills in Korean and English
Experience working directly with customers to resolve issues;
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and customer-obsessed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Proven success in supporting customers;
Excitement to learn new technologies/policies;
Willingness to adapt to a fast paced support environment and develop yourself with the team;
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Experience in Technical Support is preferable
Some knowledge of Networks and Operating Systems
Proficiency in MS Office
