Job Description:

- Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate Business is mandatory

- Ability to understand and develop financial models for cash flow analysis, underwriting

- 10 years experience in commercial mortgage servicing is must

- Experience of managing large teams and resources located remotely

- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business partners

- Excellent communication skills and inter personal skills

- Build strong relationship with onshore partners and contribute to business priorities

- Lead strategic projects to achieve efficiency gain and process improvements

- Identify new opportunities for EGS to support business

- Responsible for team member engagement, growth and talent development

- Manage FTE and RnR budget as per the plan

- Adhere to Risk & compliance
