Position Senior Executive/Assistant - HR

CTC 4 Lakhs (Negotiable)

Qualification MBA/MSW/MHRM - Human Resources

Nature of work HR Manager

Reports to Branch Head / Head - Human Resources

Human Resources Manager Job Duties

? To assist the Line Manager in preparation of the AOP (employee head count) and ensure adherence to the same

? Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions

? Responsible for recruiting and selection; by supporting managers with candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; proposing and finalizing compensation of the incumbent in accordance to his profile and organizational norms

? To ensure new employee orientation and other training programs as required

? To ensure that Human Capital norms of BSC are met with in accordance to the stipulated minimum requirements

? To liaise with the inteal trainer to ensure that training requirements (Inteal / Exteal / MSIL) are met with

? To ensure productivity of the sales team by facilitating and playing a vital role in low performers counseling

? Ensures monitoring of the periodic performance appraisal of employees by Sales Managers & PCH

? Responsible for employee discipline & initiating corrections, if required

 Ensures legal compliance in terms of employment aspects
