Job Description:

Coordinate and oversee all office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Direct and oversee implementation of the assigned works, activities, and projects viz Housekeeping, travel, Pantry, postal, maintenance, security
Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests & other delegates
Liaise with Vendors and Agencies for signing effective corporate deals and contracts for AMCs
Handling petty cash expenses and oversee the purchase of housekeeping materials, stationary and any requirement of office
Assisting the Regional HRs in completing the onboarding formalities for new employees
Handling exit and F&F related queries
Assisting Regional HRs in executing various employee engagement activities
Coordinating with HO for Payroll, statutory & FNF related matters keeping track on the professional tax payouts, renewal of shop act and lease agreements, timely payment of electricity bills
Prepare and provide MIS reports & dashboards, on time, as and when required
