Job Description:

The Support and Process officer is responsible for several important IT support functions such as Process
Manager (Incident, Problem, Change, Work-Order Management) Interface to the customer/users,
continuously improvement of IT Process and IT Reporting The key goals and objectives include
1 Manage IT Servicedesk function
2 Keep track on tickets and monitor them against SLA, do timely internal or external escalation to meet
SLA
3 Ensure that IT Processes are well described, continuously improved and monitored based on
Guidelines, recommend in change in guidelines if needed
4 Ensures a proper communication with internal and external customers/users according to Service
Level Management Framework
5 Monitoring, Description, Development and Improvement of IT Services
6 Manage and maintain Licenses and IT Asset
7 Coordination with External services providers
8 IT Vendor management (services, procurement)
9 Create/Review process , policy document as and when needed,
