Job Description:

Head the Automation Testing team and function

Assist Senior QA Manager in mentoring and managing manual/automation QA team of 20+ members

Hands-on experience of automation testing, Mobile site/app testing, Device testing, Performance/Load testing

Work with QA team members and with development teams to ensure proper testing coverage of the module / component

Report software defects in a detailed and efficient manner

Work with development teams on quicker resolution of module / component defects

Participate in the QA process improvement and innovation

Understanding of different SDLC phases and QA procedures
