Role Purpose

1 This role is for primarily involves

JR Management - Management of Headcount details and approvals through JARS tools Work with GFS Finance team to provide support in budget exercise and monthly tracking of headcount movement

BCP / BIA Management Ensure all BIA/ BCP documentation is maintained up to date Coordinate BCP testing, manage updates during BCP event

SLA management - Maintain Central repository of SLAs Manage and coordinate the sign off of SLAs between GFS Business units and Country stakeholders as and when they fall due

Recharge Management Monthly FTE and Volume billing collation, validation and timely submission to Chennai AR Billing Team

2 Secondary responsibility to handle

SRM Management - Centrally track all Service Review Meeting Minutes against target calls and provide MIS for GFS Management and Operational Risk Monitoring

3 This role will work closely with GFS Unit Heads, GBS teams and country stakeholders Strong communication skills and customer centric attitude is a must

Role Details

1 Delivery

To understand and support headcount management through tools available

To manage and coordinate BCP and BIA documentation and event

Manage Service Level Agreements with the SCB countries, with which GFS has a service provider relationship

Manage recharges to stakeholders for timeliness and accuracy

To understand the purpose of SRM, coordinate and interact with SPOCS to ensure details are updated in database

To ably support timely, accurate and regular status reporting and ongoing communication to management and key stakeholders

Participate & contribute in governance of Transition of activities to GFS

2 Generic measures of the role

Delivery of stated scope in a timely and accurate manner

Feedback of stakeholders , GFS colleagues and management

Impactful liaising and advisory abilities

3 Additional Job Information

The working environment demands an ability to work in a fast paced, changing, international, environment, while providing a quality client service

Individual contribution is a must in this role

Much of the work will be to deadlines / work day limits

Ability to multitask, in-depth end to end understanding and management of the Transitions portfolio would be essential to succeed in the role

Skills and Knowledge

Essential

Strong track record of relevant experience would be required Total work experience around 5-6 years

Professional qualification / Post Graduation / Management degree would be beneficial

Excellent communication skills written and oral

Capacity to think creatively and laterally; excellent reasoning skills and the ability to make sound judgments

Superior Excel skills and reasonably good MS PowerPoint, MS Word is required

Delivery of high-quality work, in a limited amount of time

Excellent attention to detail

High levels of drive and self motivation

Pragmatic approach to achieving the objectives set, able to flex an approach as needed

A willingness to work with ambiguity within a fluid business environment

Track record of working in a very organized way, multi-tasking, prioritising, managing data, and setting and achieving deadlines (both short and long term)

Ability to work as a team
