Job Description Associate Director - Talent Acquisition - Leadership Hiring The Executive Recruiter will be part of the Leadership Talent Acquisition team and help the organization build a best-in-class Leadership team You will be an Executive Recruiter with a great network of industry executives You are expected to drive and own the recruiting efforts of senior level talent for the organization with both internal and external candidates This position encompasses all stages of the hiring process - from partnering with Leaders on internal succession planning, position strategy and candidate requirements, developing sourcing strategies to target and assess top executive talent, and negotiating/closing offers Primary responsibilities - Partnering with executives and staffing team to determine the current and future executive staffing needs aligned to future business priorities - Developing and executing on candidate generation strategies and building a pipeline of executive talent, including the direct sourcing of candidates - Qualifying/screening and interviewing prospective candidates - both external and internal - Having strong market insights, performing detailed research, industry calibration, and reference checking - Effectively identifying and partnering with external recruitment & search agencies on targeted external searches where necessary - Crafting, articulating and negotiating offers (compensation, benefits, relocation, etc) - Communicating and collaborating with business partners and stakeholders across the company Other responsibilities - Establishing, cultivating and maintaining solid working relationships with executive management, hiring managers, external relationships & other internal recruiting partners - Maintaining in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of top executives, companies, and competitive industries - Upholding strict confidentiality about available positions and other sensitive information - Establishing and mentoring others on effective executive search methodology and best practices Skills & Competencies - Proven success in building long term executive relationships with senior hiring managers and talented professionals - Ability to understand and articulate stakeholders requirements, culture and other compatibility issues that are critical to making a successful hire - Understanding of executive compensation, compensation issues and the ability to analyze compensation packages - Strong process management, interpersonal, organizational, written, negotiation and presentation skills - Effective oral and written communication skills are necessary, including high competencies in strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication/interpersonal skills Ability to communicate with and influence VPs and other senior leaders is essential - High level of integrity, ownership and accountability - Ability to drive change and challenge the status quo Desired Qualification and Experience - A degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience 10 years of related business experience with ideally a minimum of 5 years of executive recruiting experience - Good knowledge of technology is preferred - Strong skills in Google Doc, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Candidate Tracking Systems etc is required Antal India
